Commencing with a Baiju Dragon Shot followed by some of your favourites Ora King Salmon, Longevity Noodles and ending with a Dessert tasting plate to indulge all your senses.
Each reservation that dines with us for the Lunar New Year Good Fortune Menu will be presented with a Lola Rouge red envelope, enclosing a special gift.

Featuring New Zealand producers adds a local touch to the event, showcasing the best of what the region has to offer.

Enjoy delicious treats like our Lemon Kaffir Lime Meringue Entremet, Santos Coffee Caramel Macaron, and Hojicha Choux. Treat Mom to the Pistachio Praline Tart and Gaftar’s Honey mousse & Raspberry Jelly Opera Cake.
For Savoury we are incorporating a fusion of flavors and ingredients Wasabi & Rice Cracker homemade topped with sake cured Ora King Salmon finished with a sturgeon Caviar is a slice of luxury, Roti Jhala is a Malaysian pancake is filled with pulled ayam (dry chicken curry) finished with a dot of Lot8 chilli oil & curried mayo, Phoenix oyster mushroom tung tongs are crispy money bag packed with umami, Ploughman’s Harvest Rye sandwich, togarashi crème fraiche & cucumber.

Embark on an indulgent experience where Asia meets Paris with a unique infusion of flavours.
This Edition of the menu is inspired by spring/summer flavours and regionally sourced ingredients- coconut, chocolate, lemongrass & mango macaroon. Lychee mousse opera cake, coconut mousse entremet, passionfruit tart with earl grey ganache, streusel & salted caramel flavour & choux topped with banana bavarois & hazelnut praline.
Blueberry & Callebaut white chocolate scone spinach & feta come with a twist served with herb butter & fresh whipped cream.
For savoury- Ora King Salmon is cured with wakame & seaweed imagination gin sourced from the kapiti region near to wellington topped with osetra sturgeon caviar is a slice of luxury, Thai flavours for corn cake matched with lot 8 orient olive oil infused mayo, a light cucumber crème fraiche sandwich on ploughman’s sour dough & Pulled Lumina Lamb oyster shoulder roll finished with curried mayo.
